SCHEDULE INFORMATION
Friday: Registration 6:30pm, program from 7-9:30 (recommended dinner at 5:45)
Saturday: 9am - 5 pm, 7-9 pm
Sunday: 9:30am - 3pm
THINGS TO BRING (additional items TBA)
1. Your unique quality of spirit.
2. A Journal/Notebook and writing materials.
3. A small object for a Friday evening activity which represents your personal intention for the weekend.
4. Tea and water will be available but please bring your own closed mug and water bottle.
5. Blanket, shawl, pillow, or whatever you need for your comfort during meditation.
6. Comfy clothing in layers. (experiential activities).
7. Balance of class fee, if you have not paid it. Receipts given at completion of all tuition transactions.

Room and board at Sinsinawa is an additional $110 and includes a private room and six meals. We will make reservations for you. We encourage you to arrive in time for the 5:45 group dinner on Friday, September 26.
